And we’re off! Our three-week Ooredoo management team roadshow kicked off with a memorable visit to our Tunisian and Algerian colleagues.Our operations in Tunisia have experienced a significant turnaround over the past year with strong financial results and growth on the back of enhanced customer experience, with positive CSAT/NPS. We were also honoured to meet with Prime Minister Kamal El Medouri and Sofiane Al-Hamisi, Minister of Communication Technologies to discuss Ooredoo’s continued investment.In Algeria, we celebrated Ooredoo’s 20th anniversary, marking a year of strong financial performance and recognition as the 'operating company with the most growth'. We also met with Mr. Karim Bibi Triki, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, and Mr. Laaziz Faid, Minister of Finance, to discuss progress in telecommunications, infrastructure development, and opportunities for enhanced cooperation and investment in Algeria.Thank you, Mansoor Al-Khater, Roni Tohme and the great Ooredoo Tunisie and Ooredoo Algeria teams for your warmth and hospitality!
